Spiritual Practice for Daily Life

The goal of Spiritual Formation is transformation, which is the ever increasing capacity to live a spiritual life from the heart. Practical spiritual disciplines help us to awaken to the inherent holiness of the daily life which we are living, increasing our awareness of the presence of God in all that we do. Lent is a perfect time to learn and to practice new spiritual activities that help to open our hearts to God’s ever-present nearness. During the five Tuesdays of Lent, Rev. Joe Stabile will lead us through spiritual practices that we can all do to awaken within us the intimacy we have with God. We will explore and renew the ways we experience the love, mercy and grace that is offered to us in daily life.
