Thursday Table Talk

Time: 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Location: Crossroads Center

You are invited to an entertaining way to affect change in racial justice!  Table Talks are designed by the Justice Builders, to encourage safe discussion around key points of a movie or documentary after it’s being viewed by a diverse group of participants.

Our upcoming Thursday Table Talk, “What’s NOT For Dinner Tonight?” will focus on food insecurities in our Dallas community.  The podcast “Found Out My Neighbor May Be Food Insecure” will be viewed.  Our guest panelists will include Julianna YeeFoon, Director of Food Justice For Oak Cliff, and others.

Thursday Table Talks are free, with snacks and drinks provided. Free parking is available in Bryan Tower on San Jacinto Street.

Justice Builders is comprised of FirstChurch and St. Paul Asset Mappers, Congregational Partnership members, and others who have joined in the cause for racial justice.  Contact Rev. Angela Williams for more information. Childcare not offered.
