The Rise Mission & Outreach Fund
One of the primary ways we support this vision is through the Rise Mission & Outreach Fund—our church’s grantmaking program that invests in partner agencies serving our neighbors both locally and globally. The Rise Fund awards grants each year to organizations that are doing exceptional work in alignment with our mission to magnify God’s love and pursue justice.
The Rise Fund Committee, made up of FUMC Dallas members from diverse backgrounds and generations, carefully reviews applications, selects partners, and maintains year-round relationships with grantees. This model ensures not only financial support but also shared accountability, deepened partnership, and sustained impact.
God has richly blessed this congregation—and through the Rise Fund and our broader mission efforts, we step forward in faith to share those blessings, working together for the transformation of the world.
