First Youth at FUMC Dallas is built around two core values: belonging and joy. We create a safe, welcoming space where students can be fully themselves—ask honest questions, explore faith, and form real friendships in a community that cares. Through creative expression, discussion, games, and hands-on mission work, students engage with Christian and United Methodist beliefs in ways that are relevant and meaningful. We don’t shy away from real-life conversations—racism, sexism, justice, and more—because we believe faith should speak into every part of life.

At First Youth, every student is seen, heard, and celebrated. This is a space to grow, to wrestle, and to experience the joy of being part of something bigger—together.
